Details

Women are less likely to pursue careers in STEM. This gap is also observed in green tech. In this session we will acknowledge the realities of women working in STEM, including bias, systemic oppression, and other barriers. We will learn from projects that have achieved progress in addressing these gaps, and identify ways to overcome the obstacles preventing girls and women from pursuing a career in STEM.
