Florence Bertaux

Florence Bertaux, Deputy CEO of FANUC France, has been promoting the development of automation and robotics in France for over 20 years, in a wide array of industries. She values talent development and strongly believes in VET programmes to meet the recruitment needs of the manufacturing sector. Ten years ago, she initiated a partnership between FANUC and the French Ministry of Education. At the same time, her teams created the FANUC Olympics to promote excellence in robot integration. Since this skill was integrated into WorldSkills Competitions, FANUC Olympics serve as a selection round for the French national finals and have become a must-attend event for young talents, industrial companies, and faculty members.
