Nader Imani

Dr Nader Imani joined Festo, a global leader in automation and technical education, in 1992 after three years in academia. Now Executive Vice President Global Education at Festo Didactic, he previously served as CEO in the United States and Canada. Dr Imani holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, with additional qualifications from Harvard Business School and Saint Gallen School of Management. As President of Worlddidac since 2021, Dr Imani also serves on WorldSkills International’s Advisory Board on Skills Development in Africa and advises the European Union’s Global Gateway Program. He partners with United Nations organizations and development agencies to drive innovation in technical vocational education and industrial workforce development. Throughout his career, Dr Imani has focused on educational projects with global socio-economic impact, bridging academia and industry.
