Melek De-Wint is an independent Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) consultant based in Québec, Canada, working internationally with social purpose organizations. With over 20 years of leadership in non-profit youth development, she has extensive experience in impact measurement. She developed impact frameworks for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation and Digital Moment’s digital education accessibility initiatives. Since 2020, Melek has provided impact measurement coaching for Canadian non-profits through the McConnell Foundation’s Innoweave initiative. She serves on boards including Common Approach to Impact Measurement, CAFIID, and Türkiye’s Etkiyap. A trained Social Return on Investment Practitioner and Sustainable Development Goals Impact Standards trainer, Melek is an alumna of Oxford’s Impact Measurement and Impact Investing Programmes. She holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the University of Surrey, UK, and a BSc in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, Türkiye.
