Jullada Meejul, Director General of Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) since 2013, has extensive experience in developing qualifications frameworks. She spearheaded the alignment of Thailand’s Professional Qualifications Framework with both national and regional standards, including the National Qualifications Framework and the ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework, to enhance workforce mobility and skills recognition. Jullada promotes digital skills across occupations and leverages AI and digital technology for flexible learning. She supervised the E-Workforce Ecosystem Platform development, linking education, career guidance, and job opportunities. She also serves on various committees, including the Digital Government Curriculum Committee and STEM Training and Employment Committee. Jullada holds a Master’s degree in Museology from Ecole du Louvre and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in History of Art and Archaeology from University of Paris I-Pantheon Sorbonne. Previously, she worked at SEAMEO-SPAFA and was Head of Academics, Museum, and Partnerships at National Discovery Museum: Museum Siam.
