Ernest Nadome

Ernest is the National General Secretary of Kenya Electrical Trades & Allied Workers’ Union (KETAWU). At the most representative trade union body, the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU-K), he is the 1st Assistant National Secretary General. He is well-versed in energy, human resources, social protection, and labour matters, having worked for KPLC and KenGen. He is a pension trustee of various retirement benefit schemes in Kenya. Among his many other corporate roles, he is a director at the newly established Affordable Housing Board, the National Labour Board, and Gulf Power Energy Ltd.
